Therapeutic Aggression Control Techniques (TACT2) is a 3-day, trauma-sensitive staff training program in behavior management, crisis de-escalation, and physical intervention. Updated in May 2019 to include extensive information on adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), TACT2 develops the skills to manage misbehaviors while enhancing relationships with troubled children and youth. This cognitive restructuring program, designed by Dr. Steve Parese, is geared to expose individuals to the reasons why they make some of the choices they make when under high stress. It shows them through a series of group sessions how to make different more appropriate choices to affect change in their everyday lives.
Life Space Crisis Intervention is a set of skills that helps adults turn problem situations into learning opportunities for kids. LSCI is a strategy that is being used in pre-schools, schools and districts throughout the country as a part of their PBIS/RTI initiatives. It provides a systematic, comprehensive approach to addressing escalating behavior that can be used for students in pre-school through high school, as well as special education and across all three tiers of the PBIS/RTI model.
An LSCI program designed to prevent conflict in the classroom by helping staff identify and resist the urge to become counter aggressive with students. TDTH helps staff recognize their own personal warning signs. Recognizing when you are starting to become escalated and recognizing your personal symptoms is a key first step in combating counter aggression.

Created by William Savage, this workshop is designed to strengthen the relationship between teachers and teacher's aides by highlighting their roles and responsibilities, strengths and weaknesses and showing the importance of the partnership between the two. This workshop combines project learning and collaborative partnership learning.
